My first try with water colours! It's my character Nikolaj again :)
(Although a little hard to digitalize the colors, even though my scanner is pretty art friendly!)
You'll definitely be seeing more watercolour paintings from me, as I quite enjoyed this one!

A special thanks to :iconleochi: for advice and suggestions!
(Do look at her gallery! You won't be sorry :) )

Pretty good looking for a first try.
A little advice from someone who practised with tempera --> Don't be afraid to add some more contrast and try mixing colours a little bit more. The world of colours is huge, you should explore it and find your own. That's the essence of painting. :)

I like it, btw.

Thanks for the comment and advice :)
I guess I really need to jump over some boundaries, but I have enough paint and paper to try, so all the tools for practice!

Thanks again, also for the fav, I appreciate it! :)
